And don't forget - make plans to attend the Fall Parade of Homes this year, held on October 19-20 and October 26-27.  

Our family welcomes your family to the 2002 Parade of Homes. This year we are proud to announce that 47 outstanding homes in 10 great neighborhoods have been added to the beautiful community we are so proud of building. Since 1955, the Parade of Homes has featured close to 1300 homes in over 100 neighborhoods, showcasing the latest in home design and land development, setting the standard for the future generations.

Each Parade Home is a collective effort of numerous people who combine their talents and resources to show you the newest ideas in the housing industry. Builders, developers, subcontractors, suppliers, lenders, designers, and many others have put their best foot forward to bring to you the best our area has to offer.

Our members and their families work, live and volunteer their time in the community. They understand creating a comfortable, safe neighborhood does not end with providing quality housing. They know that the best communities are filled with people who work together to improve the quality of life for all residents. That is why so many of GBA members are active in community work, from providing affordable housing to low-income residents, providing educational opportunities and scholarships to students, to working with government in an effort to keep housing affordable for all. Our members are committed to their community.
